This site is dedicated to the Western Negev communities that were brutally invaded and destroyed, and to the 1,400 men, women and children who were viciously killed by Hamas terrorist on Saturday, Simchat Tora, October 7, 2023.

In response to the October 7 attack, KKL-JNF swiftly sprang into action, emerging as a leading provider of immediate assistance, emergency aid, and vital support to the people and communities of the Western Negev. KKL-JNF’s dedication to aiding evacuees and survivors persists to this day, and will contintue for as long as will be needed. Chairwoman Ifat Ovadia-Luski emphasized, “It is incumbent upon us to rebuild these communities… The National Institutions, especially KKL-JNF, bear the historical responsibility of upholding the legacy of our nation’s founders by spearheading the rejuvenation of the Western Negev.”
